We have now considered your request of 04 July 2024 for the following information:

Question 1. What is your current energy management software solution?
Question 2. Who is the provider for this current solution?
Question 3. What is the current contract cost annually?
Question 4. When did this contract begin and what is the date for renewal?
Question 5. Are there any exit fees in regards to this contract renewal?


Our response:

On this occasion it is not possible to provide any of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for current energy management software solution, provider, contract cost, contract start and renewal date or exit fees for contract renewal. 

The University does not use a designated software solution for our energy management. Day to day energy management duties are carried out using applications within the University Microsoft Office package. There is no standalone management software system for this purpose.
