Applicant Days 2025
Booking for our Applicant Days for 2025 is now open.
You will receive a link to book your Applicant Day following your offer email.

What happens at an Applicant Day?
Applicant Days run on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and include subject-specific sessions and other optional activities such as campus and accommodation tours and Q&A panels.
We also offer a free bus ticket in to Norwich on the day of your Applicant Day, so you can explore the city centre at your own pace.

Travel and financial assistance
As an applicant, you can get a free return train ticket from any station on the Greater Anglia network. There are no eligibility requirements – check your emails when you’ve signed up for your Applicant Day for more information and your voucher code. Please note that this offer will close five working days before the event.
You will also be eligible to download a free First bus ticket on the day of your applicant day. This entitles up to 5 people to travel on one single ticket. Your redemption code will be included in your pre event emails.
Our travel fund exists to support those facing additional barriers in education access our events. To access the fund, individuals must be studying, or must have studied at a state School, Sixth Form, College or Academy in the UK and meet at least one of the criteria outlined on this page.
Can't make it to campus?
We understand that not everyone can make it to visit us in person, so along with your invitation to attend an on-campus Applicant Day you will receive a link to your personalised Applicant Hub. Your Applicant Hub is full of on-demand content about your course, life at UEA and the vibrant city of Norwich.
You'll need your unique link to access the Hub, don't worry if you can't find the email, get in touch at recruitmentevents@uea.ac.uk and we'll resend it.
