Applicant Days
Book now for your 2025 Applicant Day.
Following on from your offer email, you will receive an invite to book on to an Applicant Day. Alternatively, you can book here using your UEA ID number.
Congratulations on your offer. We are excited to welcome you and your guests to our campus to experience your applicant day. These events are your opportunity to dive into life at UEA and to discover the hidden gems that Norwich has to offer.
You will take part in a bespoke day, based around your chosen subject of interest and explore what it is like to be a student at UEA. You will also have the opportunity to attend our talk and panel (for guests), take a tour around campus and a range of our accommodation and chat to our staff in the Information Zone.

Travel and financial assistance
All applicants, can get one free return train ticket from any station on the Greater Anglia network. There are no eligibility requirements – check your emails when you’ve signed up for the code and guidance. Please note that this offer will close five working days before each event.
You can download a free First bus ticket on the day of your visit. This entitles up to 5 people to travel on one single ticket. Your unique code will be included in your pre event emails.
We have a travel fund to support individuals facing additional barriers in education to attend our events. To access the fund, please view our criteria outlined on this page.
Can't make it to campus?
We understand that it may not be possible to visit us in person, along with your on-campus Applicant Day invite you will receive a link to your personalised Applicant Hub. This Hub is loaded with on-demand content about your course, life at UEA and the vibrant city of Norwich. You will just need your unique link detailed in your invite email to access the Hub.
