The UEA Travel Fund is designed to assist with travel cost for individual UK residents that meet our specific criteria who wish to visit the university for events such as open days.
To access the fund, individuals must be studying, or must have studied at a state School, Sixth Form, College or Academy in the UK and meet at least one of the criteria outlined below:
Attending a UEA open day provides a chance to engage with current students and have your questions addressed. You can familiarise yourself with your prospective course and interact with lecturers. Explore the campus facilities to experience the environment and consider taking a guided tour of the accommodations or exploring the nearby city to get a sense of life beyond the university. Upon registrations you will receive a code to claim one free train ticket to Norwich through Greater Anglia.
"Many thanks for supporting with applying for this fund. They thoroughly enjoyed the mini open day yesterday and has fallen in love with both Norwich and the campus!”
“I am overwhelmed with this type of help UEA offers to the families in need.
Once again thanks a lot for your help.”
“We really appreciate the Uni helping with costs, as I have been very limited by the unis that I could visit.”
