Students living in family houses sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy which runs from the date of arrival to 1 September. Upon signing the contract, tenants are obliged to fulfil the first 10 months of the contract and will then switch to a 4 week notice to cancel period. For students living with us for more than a year, new contracts will automatically be offered from 1 September each year. Rental increases will be applied from this date. We do not require a deposit, guarantor or rental payments in advance of arrival.
