Why choose Malta
The University of Malta is the highest educational institution in Malta and strives to provide relevant and timely courses that are able to meet the needs of the country. It is located in the harbour town of Msida on the northeast coast of Malta and is home to around 11,500 students, including 1,500 international students from over 90 countries.
The town of Msida offers students a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and short, cool winters and is located just 2.5km from Malta’s capital city, Valletta. It is a lively student town that has developed over the years to the needs of an increasing student population. A short hour and 45 minute ferry to mainland Italy, the University of Malta is a great opportunity for students to enjoy island life and a Mediterranean climate whilst having access to strong links into wider Europe.
