If you have to move away from UEA, for 2 weeks or more, as part of your studies, UEA needs to let UK Visas and Immigration know your new address.
You may be away from UEA for a number of reasons, including:
Field work (but not a field trip of 2 weeks or less)

This could be in the UK, abroad or at your family home.
Who you must tell depends on why you will be away from UEA. Please use the table below to help you. It is your responsibility to make sure UEA has your current contact details and authorises any absence from UEA for study purposes. Please also make sure that you have updated e:vision.

If you are on a Student visa, are an Undergraduate student or on a Postgraduate taught programme, and will be away from UEA for study purposes you must complete an LTS035 form to 'Request an authorised absence for study purposes'. This form can be found on the Student Forms page, under the 'Absence, Assessment and Examination' tab.
If you are a Postgraduate Research student on a Student visa you must inform your supervisor and the PGR Service.
