We categorise the services we offer to schools by age group to make it easy for you to see what we can offer your school or college.
Broadly speaking, our activities fall into a pre-16 or post-16 offer.
Years 6-11
Our Outreach team support local partner schools with pre-16 provision, from Year 6 through to Year 11. Focusing on widening participation, our outreach work is highly targeted and focusses on progressive projects that have multiple touchpoints with young people.

Climate Ambassadors
The UEA serves as the East of England regional hub for the Climate Ambassadors Programme, coordinated by the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. Climate Ambassadors, who come from relevant expertise and backgrounds, within and beyond UEA, lend motivation and inspiration to get started with your climate actions plans and support you in implementing them. This partnership aims to empower educational institutions to take meaningful climate action.
Primary and secondary PGCE partnership
We work in partnership with schools across the region. We welcome approaches from schools/academies wanting to work with us, and offer accredited training for new and experienced teachers, working as mentors with our trainees. We also welcome approaches from teachers interested in our CPD and Master's programmes.

School governors
Our services for schools are not just for young people. We also actively support school governing by recruiting UEA staff to boards locally.
