Quadram Institute Bioscience
The Norwich Bioscience Institutes (NBI) are a collection of world-leading research institutes that explore a diverse range of fundamental and strategic biological sciences in a multi- and inter-disciplinary research environment.
The global challenges of the 21st century are enormous and advances in the biosciences, including plant science, computational biology, microbiology, biological chemistry, harnessing food for health and controlling food-related diseases, offer real opportunities to address these.
As a member of the NBI Graduate School, you will make a major contribution to the active research community and its cutting-edge research. Students are registered for their research degrees at the University of East Anglia and have full access to the University’s academic and social life. We provide a stimulating, dynamic and friendly environment where postgraduates can develop and explore their full potential as researchers so that they can find future gainful employment and contribute to society in a wide range of occupations.
In addition to the postgraduate research programmes, the four institutes welcome applications from prospective students throughout the year - for more information visit the individual Institute's websites to discover their postgraduate research opportunities.
