Spend some time in advance getting ready so that you have the information you need before you call.

Friday 18 August 8:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday 19 August 9:00am to 3:00pm
Monday 21 August 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday 22 August 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday 23 August 9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday 24 August 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 25 August 9:00am to 5:00pm
Don’t forget that you can research courses with availability through clearing in advance, so take some time to look at different options which might be suitable for you.
We recommend that you are available on Results Day. Try to make sure that you have access to your UCAS hub via the internet and have your phone ready.
Check how you are going to get your exam results and what time you will get them.
Also, it is worth making a note of your GCSE subjects and grades, as sometimes courses require a particular grade at GCSE in addition to your A-level or equivalent results. Make sure you have your UCAS Personal ID, the ten-digit number you receive when you register with UCAS, as this is something you will always be asked for if you ring us up.
You can also research our campus, Norwich and our accommodation to help you learn more about life at UEA before you call and familiarise yourself with our FAQs, where there is more information about accommodation, entry requirements, fees and funding. We run Clearing campus tours so you can come and get a feel for everything UEA has to offer.
