UEA Music Centre puts on a varied programme of paid to attend and free events each academic year. These usually consist of three paid to attend UEA Choir and Symphony Orchestra concerts (generally in November, December and March), two free, ticketed, UEA Chamber Choir concerts (generally in December and March) and several free, non-ticketed, performances and events. Tickets for paid to attend concerts are available to purchase online (subject to availability) until 10am on the day of the concert.
There is one more concert planned for the 2024-25 paid to attend, UEA Choir and Symphony Orchestra concert season:
Ad Astra - Thursday 20 March 2025, 7pm - The Church of St Peter Mancroft, Hay Hill, Norwich, NR2 1QX. UEA Symphony Orchestra will perform: Johann Strauss II Waltz Op. 314 ‘The Blue Danube’; Gustav Holst 'Mars, Saturn, and Jupiter' from 'The Planets Op. 32'; and John Williams 'Star Wars Suite'. Tickets for this concert have now sold out. No tickets will be available to purchase on the night. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email musicevents@uea.ac.uk.

We are no longer able to accept telephone and in person sales ahead of the event.
A limited number of tickets may be available to purchase on the door 45 minutes before the concert start time (please check individual event listing for ticket availability). Please note we can only take card or cheque on the door.
Free to Attend - Ticketed Events
The 2024-25 free to attend, ticketed, concert season has now concluded. The 2025-26 season will commence in September, with exact dates to be confirmed in due course.
Free to Attend - Non-Ticketed Events
For free events that are not ticketed, it is not necessary to pre-book.
