Working in health and social care settings is recognised as being stressful and demanding. It is also recognised that the wellbeing of health and social care students and professionals impacts the wellbeing of and quality of care provided to patients and service users.
The UEA Schwartz Rounds are interprofessional forums led by trained facilitators, which are licensed in the UK by the Point of Care Foundation and supported by the UEA Centre for Interprofessional Practice (CIPP) and NICHE. Find out more about Schwartz Rounds here.
The UEA Schwartz Rounds are open to any student or staff member from Norwich Medical School, School of Health Sciences, School of Social Work and School of Pharmacy.
