A world-leading Food and Drink Cluster will facilitate greater levels of knowledge exchange, R&D collaboration, new business, and supply chain opportunities. Joining together the agri-food research at Norwich Research Park with the food and drink sector, this cluster will provide an innovation ecosystem comprising business-led networks and open innovation opportunities to reduce the complexity of interaction within and between organisations; all contributing to the advancement of economic growth. Ultimately, this will create an exciting network of organisations, including Food and Drink businesses (including SMEs and Multinationals), Technical Experts, and Researchers and Academics.
The Food and Drink cluster will provide businesses with ample opportunities to meet other businesses and knowledge organisations who can work together to accelerate R&D and commercialisation projects, facilitated by the project’s support team. The cluster will facilitate this through events and workshops to share best practice and accelerate the uptake of innovation.
