Raising a Professionalism Concern (Professional Suitability and Fitness to Practice)
You can raise a concern if you are worried about an HSC student or learner. This might relate to their health, behaviour, professionalism, values, commitment to learning, or ability to manage themselves or others.

Raising Concerns about Practice Learning and Reporting Incidents Relating to Practice
You can raise a concern if you are worried about an issue during practice learning that affects the people being cared for or your ability to learn safely and effectively. This includes concerns involving HSC learners in practice, issues affecting placement as a learning environment, concerns relating to learning quality, staff support, or health and safety risks.
