Research in Critical Global Politics (CGP) cuts across migration, risk and security, terrorism and counter-terrorism, religion, international law, global infrastructure & global cities, and political economy of finance.
Current projects examine: patterns of migration to & across Europe; proscription of terrorist organisations in the UK; security of the Asia-Pacific; religious fundamentalism in the US; mega-projects on the Indian Ocean Rim; and emergence of African financial centres.
