We have now considered your request of 10 February 2025 for the following information:
Question 1. The name of the system(s) currently in use in the central mailroom/receiving bay.

Question 2. If applicable, the system(s) used for mail and parcel management in student accommodations.
Our response:
Not applicable. Mail is not managed in student accommodation.
Question 3. Contract Details: The provider of the mailroom management system(s).

Pitney Bowes Sendsuite.
Question 4. The renewal or expiration date of the current contract.
Question 5. The total contract value for its duration.
Question 6. The full duration of the contract.
Question 7. Point of Contact: The name and contact details of the individual responsible for overseeing or managing this contract.
Our response:
On this occasion it is not possible to provide any of the requested information. In line with your rights under section 1(1)(a) of the Act to be informed whether information is held, we confirm that the University does not hold any recorded information for any contract information such as renewal or expiration date, total value, full duration and contact name of the person responsible for managing any such contract (questions 4-7).
The Sendsuite application is not an ongoing contract. It was purchased outright around 9 years ago, and therefore we hold no information on any contract expiration, duration or value.
