Understanding how the skills learned from a psychology degree are transferable and useful to the outside world is one of the keys to future employability. Taking a problem and turning it into a research programme where questions can be operationalised in a sensible sequence using appropriate methods is critical to success.
P.I.T.C.H provides a simulated business situation for our second year undergraduate students, helping them to apply the psychological skills they learn to non-academic audiences and to facilitate how they might plan their careers after the course.
This event is completely free for our students, with transport, meals and accommodation all included.
