“Our long-standing partnership with NBS has been instrumental in helping us find diverse talent for our placement and graduate programmes. NBS’s employability events and emphasis on gaining real-world experience ensures that we meet students who are not only motivated but well-prepared with essential skills, increasing their success in our application process. We also value the opportunity to engage directly with students through classroom sessions, helping us connect with future talent and support their career growth. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and strengthening our shared commitment to student success.”

Year in Industry Placements
In the third year of their degree, our students have an opportunity to spend 9 to 12 months working in industry. This gives businesses the opportunity to benefit from their growing expertise as they apply the knowledge gained over their first two years of study. By offering a placement, you can help shape the next generation of professionals while gaining fresh insights and supporting your business objectives.
The Year in Industry Placement opportunity is available to students on all Norwich Business School Undergraduate Courses.
We are keen to hear from employers who are looking to access talent and skills, and benefit from taking on a UEA student.

Graduate Job Week
Each year, we set aside a dedicated week to provide businesses with the opportunity to connect with our latest graduates. You’ll have the chance to meet our final-year and Master's students in person, showcasing your graduate opportunities. Whether you're running a formal graduate programme or seeking talented individuals to join your team, we can tailor the session to meet your specific needs.
Hosting a session during Graduate Job Week allows our students to gain deeper insight into your organisation and the roles you are offering, resulting in higher quality applications and stronger recruits.
