Dr Stewart, who leads on the Critical Vegan Studies module for BA Sociology, said of her involvement with the documentary:
‘I was delighted to be invited to talk to the film makers, who recognise the importance of sociological perspectives in understanding the complex issues, attitudes and practices surrounding veganism and hope that people are engaged, challenged and entertained by the film.
There will be a special screening of ‘I Could Never Go Vegan’ at 6pm on Thursday 25 April at the Picturehouse in Norwich as part of their Green Screen series, followed by a live Q&A with Dr Stewart and the film’s director Tom Pickering.
