UEA Student Enterprise are inviting local businesses to come along to The Enterprise Centre on Tuesday 25 June, from 10am to 8pm, for a day of inspiration, testing, and collaborating to tackle climate change.
UEA Climate Hack is an opportunity to work with like-minded individuals to create innovative solutions to tackle the environmental and social challenges caused by climate change. It is a unique experiential learning opportunity for anyone interested in climate action, innovation, and enterprise.
The Hackathon will run for 10 hours, with participants focusing on how to create real solutions to tackle climate change. Teams will be required to create, research, and build a minimum viable product of their idea, which tackles the challenge. Ideas must be creative, sustainable, and financially viable solutions.
At the end, each team must present their idea to a panel of industry experts and entrepreneurs, with one team announced as the winner of Climate Hack 2024.
