Their mission is to provide training and education in communications, customer service and management skills through structured interactive role-play with actors. Cast has on-going major contracts with the Norwich Medical School, providing role-players as simulated patients for medical students’ Consultation Skills training and OSCE examinations, and they are expanding into other sectors.
