Humanties Mature Student Event

Join us at our open event for mature students interested in applying for a humanities subject at university.  This event will provide you with the opportunity to find out more about UEA’s Humanities Foundation Year programmes and the benefits the additional year can provide, especially if you have been away from education for a while. You will be able to chat with lecturers who teach on the Foundation Year and experience a taster seminar session introducing you to some of the ideas and source material you might encounter during your University studies.

Our Open Days are the perfect opportunity for you to sample our unique campus atmosphere, meet staff, and find out more about the university. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a tailored visit to our campus, available for both individuals and groups. Our staff can also arrange campus tours given by current UEA students who can tell you what it is like to study here.

Preparing for Uni

This free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) will explore some key skills needed for success at university. Taught by experts in their field of study, your learning will be supported by online forums and discussion boards.
